Did You Know that Erebus (a rather unfortunate re-mech) gets his name from Erebus, a Greek Primordial Deity who represents the personification of darkness?
As the first real opponent that Barsch, Alza and Kingston face, I wanted Erebus to have a unique name and personality.
Although he isn’t around for long, he is the one responsible for exposing Alza’s true nature. He is the darkness that is overcome by her light.
Pretty fitting, don’t you think?
